Thinking of Buying Hits To Your Website? Think Again!

Online marketing is an area where you can find a LOT of hype. Make a quick search at Google for ‘buy hits’, ‘ad blaster’ or ‘email blaster’ and you’ll have an idea how wide those big void promises of getting ‘automatic’ traffic to your website. But it’s not a real traffic…

By real traffic I refer to traffic that has a great potential to convert to either sales, joining the business opportunity you promote, joining your newsletter or any other purpose you might have. This IS the bottom line of your business…

As an online business owner, especially of you are building it on a part time basis, you would be very tempted to ‘skyrocket’ your business easily and ‘without efforts’ as those ads implies. Just know this:

YES… you will submit your ad to thousands of websites. And YES… you would get plenty of hits, however, your conversion ratio (how many sales or signups you would gain out of this traffic) will be on a severe diet!

Let’s look at some examples to clarify why this kind of marketing is NOT worth your time or your money:

1. Ad Blasters

First, most of the people visiting free classified sites are doing so just to place their ad, and not to view others ads.

Secondly, those ad blasters made many of those sites absolutely useless!

Think about it for a second: Let’s say there are ten people (only) using that database of 10,000 or so classified sites (and I’m sure they share the same sites even if they are using different ad blasters). Each makes an automatic submission of 10 or more copies of the same ad to a single category (that’s one of the so called ‘features’ in those blasters – multiple submission of your ad copy to each category). What do you think will happen?

The classified site becomes overloaded with the same ad, over and over again in every category, AND, those blasters will ‘compete’ to knock the ads of each other down the list! It would be also useless for anyone who wants to manually submit ads to those sites.

2. Email Blasters

Email marketing is a great way to promote your products or your business opportunity. With that said, email marketing is all about building a relationship with your mailing list, and NOT sending emails to people who didn’t request information from you!

First, I would doubt if anyone has a legal mailing list of 50 or so million people that have asked for more information.

Secondly, sending email to millions who did NOT ask YOU for more information is considered spamming, and it will ruin your credibility, which is a very important key for a successful online business.

3. Automatic ‘Traffic For Clicks’ Software

Traffic for clicks are deals where you get traffic for every website or ad that you view. The more websites you browse, the more credit you’ll get, which means the more your own website will be displayed to others using the same service.

I have noticed an ad for a software that automatically browses others websites, so you would get the credit without having to do anything… I laughed out loud after giving it some thought, here’s why…

Let’s assume you buy such software, you activate it and go to sleep. The software starts browsing others websites, and you get a HUGE credit. Meanwhile, someone else is using a similar software, and HIS software is browsing YOUR website, and vice versa!

So you get tons of hits, your web statistics will show an amazing rate of visitors. However, the ‘people’ visiting your website, are actually a small ‘piece’ of software ;-)

I could go on and give more examples. The saying “it sounds too good to be true” applies here! While some of those tools might have worked for some (probably the first guys who laid their hand on them), they do NOT build a solid base for a successful online business.

To avoid any of those hypes, just use your common sense, ask your self a simple question: If you knew a quick way to drive millions to your websites instantly and without some efforts, would you give that secret away?!

Water As A Natural Acne Remedy - Could It Be Possible!

As you may already know, there are many acne treatment products available. Some of these treatments include over-the-counter cleansers, creams, and medicated pads. Other acne products involve prescribed medications provided by a dermatologist. However, the increasing popularity of natural remedies has also become prevalent in treating many common conditions, and acne is no exception.

Surprisingly, water is considered as one of the best natural remedies for treating acne. Water? Yes! Water… and for good reasons! Water is used to hydrate the body, which, of course, hydrates the skin as well. The skin, being the largest organ in the human body, must be properly hydrated to work correctly and serve its purpose. This is accomplished in two ways: by washing the face, which hydrates the surface of the skin, and by drinking water, which hydrates the entire body, from the inside out. This, of course, includes the skin. Drinking plenty of water will keep the skin looking and feeling healthy. Healthy skin cells promote a healthy body. Now you’ve got one more good reason why you should drink lots of water ;-)

Doctors tell us we should drink six to eight eight-ounce glasses of water a day. Although this might sound like an overused cliché, and “six to eight eight-ounce glasses of water a day” seems like a lot of water to drink in one day, think of what it can do for your body. In addition to improving skin tone and texture, it can stimulate cell growth and will help all your organs work correctly. It also helps filter out unwanted substances that can be harmful to your skin.

Water is also a crucial component deep within your skin. It provides the basis for a soft, smooth, and healthy complexion and will help you look more youthful. Though very little water is stored in the outer layers of your skin, this moisture is important and is constantly removed by outside elements such as sun and wind.

Sun and wind can dry your skin, removing moisture and irritating its surface. When this occurs, pre-existing acne can become even more irritated, which in turn prolongs the problem. While irritation won’t directly cause more acne to form, it can worsen the problem. It is important to keep proper moisture in the skin.

You’ve probably heard that oily skin does not need moisture. This is one of the most common myths. Just because skin is oily, it doesn’t mean it is moisturized. By cleansing the skin, you are wiping away excess oil, and my moisturizing it, you are helping it remain smooth and decreasing your chances for irritation.

As the best natural remedy for treating acne, water helps to properly hydrate the skin. This not only promotes and stimulates cell growth, but also helps the other organs of the bodywork together. If properly hydrated, the skin will not wrinkle or sag as easily, and will appear youthful for a longer period of time. Even though water is not the only natural remedy that you can use for treating your skin, it is the most important. Without it, the skin could not do its job in keeping the rest of the body in the best possible condition. So, don’t forget about the many benefits that water provides for your skin, especially if you suffer of any type of acne. Try to give your skin a little bit more help - a little bit more water.

An Orlando Jewel: The Wells Built Museum of African American History and Culture

After I had received a general overview of the history of the
Orlando area in the Orange County Regional History Center, I
wanted to delve a little deeper into the social history of the
Orlando area, and the Wells Built Museum of African American
History and Culture was going to give me a more in-depth look
into Orlando’s African American history.

To this day this area west of I-4 is primarily inhabited by
African Americans and the difference in housing and facilities
between this area and the downtown area is quite notable. As a
matter of fact, the very name “Division Street” points to a
distinct historical line of demarcation between black and white
residential areas.

The origins of the Wells Built Museum date back to a prominent
local African physician by the name of Dr. William Monroe Wells
who started building the Well’s Built Hotel in 1926 to provide
lodging to African Americans during an era of segregation when
accommodations were not available to them in other areas of
Central Florida.

Next door to the Wells’ Built was once the South Street Casino,
a performance hall, which featured musicians that traveled the
‘Chitlin Circuit’ performing for audiences all over the country.
The hotel opened with three storefronts on the first floor and
hotel rooms on the second floor.

Dr. William Monroe Wells was one of Orlando’s first black
physicians and came to the area in 1917. Born in Ft. Gaines,
Georgia, in 1889, Dr. Wells completed his medical training at
Meharry Medical College. During part of WWII, Dr. William Monroe
Wells was the only African American physician in Orlando.

During segregation, white physicians did not treat African
American patients. African American doctors, therefore, earned
their money from people of their own race. He worked very hard
to serve the growing African American population in Orlando.
With the help of his assistant, Mrs. Josie Belle Jackson, Dr.
Wells is known to have delivered over 5,000 babies in Orlando.

He treated patients who suffered from pneumonia, influenza,
scarlet fever and other serious illnesses before drugs like
penicillin were introduced. Many of Dr. Wells’ patients were
extremely poor. He treated their illnesses though they many
times could not afford to pay his fee. This allowed them to
speak forcefully against poor conditions that existed in the
African American community without fear of losing their
livelihood.

Although African Americans were taxpayers like other residents
of Orlando, they did not have access to recreational facilities,
good schools, police protection, health care and other services
that were provided to white citizens. This led him to build the
South Street Casino and the hotel next door.

Dr. Wells booked bands and other big name entertainers to
perform at the South Street Casino. Many famous performers that
we know today played at South Street Casino within the Chitlin
Circuit. A few examples of these performers are:

- Ray Charles - B.B. King - Louis Armstrong - Guitar Slim - Bo
Diddley

African Americans came from all over the surrounding areas to
Orlando to shop and take in performances of popular musicians at
the South Street Casino. After the performances at the casino,
the artists checked in at the historic Wells’ Built Hotel. In
its heyday, the Wells’ Built provided lodging for clientele such
as Pegleg Bates, Ella Fitzgerald, Roy Campenella, Thurgood
Marshall, and Jackie Robinson. The entertainers and athletes who
frequented this establishment made it one of the most popular
venues for African Americans in the South.

Today the museum features over 6,000 square feet of display
space. It retains the original hotel facade, a guestroom
featuring authentic furniture, beading and decorations of the
1930’s, and also bears an original interior wall reflecting
important architectural elements and designs unique to the
period. Exhibition material collected for display include:
official hotel documents, an original Negro League baseball
jersey, photographs, artifacts, books, multi-media exhibits,
slave records and other items of historic significance.

Dr. Well’s home has been moved to the site of the Casino and
will be restored and opened to the public. The Well’s Built
Museum of African American Culture and History is located just
west of I-4 near Church Street at 511 West South Street, Orlando
32801, tel. (407) 245-7535.

WILL GLOBAL WARMING CAUSE ANOTHER
NOAH’S FLOOD?

By Arthur Zulu

Man is a very clever animal. For example, he is the only one who knows that the world will end someday, and worries about it. And he is the only creature that can create anything out of a useless thing like ice.

Now, let’s imagine ourselves in a man-made ice theater– floor, roof, and all. We are sitting on chairs made of ice; drinking beer from glasses (made of ice of course), and we are about to watch a play.

What is the play about? The actor, (of course flesh and blood) is going to enter into a mighty cooking pot made of ice. Then he will be covered; and the giant ice cooking pot, suspended by equally giant tripods (made of ice too), is to be
heated by a gigantic fire.

As we the spectators watch to see what happens to the actor, we observe that first, the iced floor begins to crack
as a result of the fire. Then the pot begins to melt, and before we know it, the ice-made glasses on our hands, also begin to melt as a result of the heat.

Suddenly, the roof of the heated ice theater begins to give way and collapse on our heads, and before long, we find ourselves swimming in an ocean of water. So, we the spectators become actors; and birds and all sorts of flying things, become the spectators!

But wait. This is not a play. It is real, and very soon where once used to be our houses, might well become an ocean,
and we all will be swimming for our lives! And if you live in
a coastal city, say New York, London, or Cape Town; you had better start making your ark for another Noah’s flood. But how, you may ask, will this come about?

Over the decades, man has turned up the global thermostat through the emission of greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide. This has caused climatic upheavals (heavy rain, drought, superkiller winds), and health hazard
(skin cancer).

It has even been speculated that the warming trend could bring about the opposite — global freeze. It happened before in Europe at the end of the Ice Age when a natural warming initiated a phenomenon that shut up the Gulf Stream. Suppose it happens again, and throws us into a deep freeze for say, 2000 years (the previous one in Europe lasted 1,300 years).

What if the former wins out and the polar ice begins a Great meltdown. It has been melting for decades, and several bodies of water have been forming at the Arctic and the Antarctica. And so what?

If you live in Alaska, you will now understand why memorial crosses are collapsing on the tombs in your local cemeteries while the tombs themselves are yawning and displaying their bowels. And you will know why your house is sinking or slanting at a terrible angle, and why your country roads are cracking up.

Even the animals are perplexed as they roam into unexpected lakes (where once used to be ice), and grasslands (where forests once stood). So the marooned polar bear gazing helplessly at the equally marooned countryman knows that the ground on which they are standing is playing games.

Just in case you are skeptical of the global warming trend, you could do one of two things: Find out why ivory gulls are now soaring in the Arctic, the land of polar bears. Or look
up down under and say what caused the gaping holes in Australia.

Yes, there are difficulties in predicting the Greenhouse effect. This is as a result of the roles of some elements –melting ice and snow, clouds, the oceans, volcanoes and solar cycles — in the heating and cooling process of the earth.

But that does not mean that we should take the warming trend as natural, or for granted, because a major climatic change may soon come. Why wouldn’t it come when we continue to burn gasoline and coal without check. Dump the Rio Summit! Forget the Kyoto Protocol! Who cares if a global flood is coming. Let Holland sink. And let Bangladesh go under water. We will all swim!

But not to worry; it may not happen now. It may be the lot of your great great grandchildren, perhaps when the earth had hit 15 or 20 billion. And the little children may find it funny after all.

Imagine 15 or 20 billion dancing boats, with their occupants waving multi - colored farewell flags on a global ocean. Like
a carnival. What a way to exit the planet — the boats become floating coffins; and the ocean their watery graves!

Diet For Heartburn

Heartburn is a common digestive complaint which affects an estimated 15 million Americans every day, and 60 million once a month. Relief of mild heartburn is typically achieved through diet and lifestyle changes, although medication (eg. antacids) is usually necessary if the heartburn is caused by gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

What is Heartburn? What Are The Symptoms?

Heartburn is a digestive problem: it has nothing to do with your heart. It occurs when small amounts of stomach acid accidentally rise up the esophagus (the food canal running from the mouth to the stomach) causing symptoms like a burning pain in the chest which rises towards the throat. Sufferers may even taste the fluid in the back of the mouth, and this is called acid indigestion. In many cases the pain and burning sensation is relatively mild, but sometimes is so severe that patients think they are experiencing a heart attack.

What Are The Causes Of Heartburn?

In general, the immediate cause of heartburn is the acidic digestive juices which leave the stomach and rise up the esophagus. The acid burns the tissue of the esophagus causing inflammation and pain - a condition called esophagitis. Heartburn may also occur in pregnancy when the baby is pressing up against the underside of the diaphragm and squeezing the stomach. An occasional episode of acid-regurgitation or indigestion is quite normal. But persistent heartburn (eg. twice a week), is usually a sign of something more serious. The two most common underlying causes of heartburn symptoms are gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and hiatal hernia.

Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

GERD is characterized by a failure of the muscular valve, known as the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), which is located at the bottom of the esophagus. The function of this valve is to keep acid in the stomach and prevent it leaking back up the esophagus. When this valve doesn’t work properly, reflux (leak-back) and heartburn can occur. Factors that contribute to gastroesophageal reflux disease include obesity, pregnancy, smoking and, in particular, hiatal hernia.

Hiatal Hernia

Hiatus or hiatal hernia is a condition in which part of the stomach herniates (protrudes) upwards into the chest through the hiatus (opening) in the diaphragm normally only occupied by the esophagus. This puts extra pressure on the LES valve preventing it from closing properly. As a result, stomach acid leaks into the esophagus causing heartburn. The underlying cause of hiatal hernia is unknown. Contributory factors include: obesity, pregnancy, constipation, abdominal muscle strain, and smoking.

Dietary Treatment For Heartburn

In cases of persistent heartburn, dietary improvements are not sufficient. So as well as advocating a digestion-friendly diet, your doctor is likely to recommend one or more of the following types of medication. Antacids to neutralize the acid in your stomach; H2 blockers or proton pump inhibitors to reduce acid production; or prokinetics to strengthen the lower esophageal sphincter and expedite stomach-emptying. However, if heartburn symptoms are mild and occur only from time to time, usually you will be advised to make the following changes to your diet.

If Overweight, Switch To A Healthy Weight Loss Diet

Obesity, especially excess fat on the chest and abdomen, is a common contributory factor to GERD and hiatal hernia, and therefore to heartburn. So if you are obese (BMI > 30), take steps to normalize your weight and thus reduce your risk or symptoms of heartburn. Choose a healthy calorie-controlled diet and customize it by following the eating tips below.

Stop Eating Large Meals

A big meal distends the stomach and causes a rise in the production of stomach acid. Both these factors lead to an increased risk of heartburn. So opt for 4-6 small meals or snacks, and allow a maximum of 3 hours between eating. In addition, choose foods that are “easier on the stomach” and more more easily digested.

Avoid Acidic Food

Reduce your intake of very acidic foods by avoiding items such as: tomatoes, tomato-based sauces, citrus fruits, rhubarb, gooseberries, unripe fruit, vinegar and acidic pickles or relishes.

Cut Down On Fatty and Spicy Food

Fried or very fatty foods, including candy, encourage indigestion and should be avoided or eaten sparingly. So go easy on butter, mayo, sausages, salami, pate, meat pies, and full-fat cheese. The same applies to very spicy food such as: black pepper, chili peppers, curry, mustard and other hot spices, as well as raw onions and garlic.

Avoid Carbonated Drinks

Fizzy or carbonated soft drinks cause belching and upward pressure on the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), increasing the likelihood of heartburn. The best drinks include: water, herbal teas or diluted non-citrus fruit juices. Please also note that some soft drinks (eg. cocoa, coffee, orange juice) are not helpful for heartburn as they can over-relax the LES, thus encouraging the backward flow of acid from the stomach.

Eat More Fiber, Especially Soluble Fiber

Constipation can lead to extra strain on abdominal muscles and increase the risk of heartburn. To prevent constipation, eat more high-fiber foods such as: oats, apples, pears, dried apricots and vegetables. When increasing fiber intake it’s also important to increase your water intake by at least 40 fl oz a day.

Reduce Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol is not helpful to heartburn for several reasons. So take steps to reduce your intake to one unit a day, or avoid it altogether. Alcohol is also a source of non-nutritious calories and can contribute to overweight.

Other Digestive Tips

For digestive disorders like heartburn, some dietitians and alternative health experts recommend patients to eat (or cook with) digestion-friendly aromatic herbs like basil, camomile, caraway, dill, fennel, rosemary and thyme. They also recommend that you end each meal with a glass of herbal tea (eg. camomile, fennel) to reduce acidity and wind.

Lifestyle Improvements To Reduce Heartburn

There are several lifestyle changes that can help to reduce the symptoms of heartburn. One obvious one is to stop smoking, as tobacco smoke increases acidity in the stomach. Other recommended changes include:

Avoid placing extra strain on your abdomen or chest. Wear loose-fitting clothes, and do not overstretch or lift heavy weights.

Do not lie down after eating, and try not to eat anything for at least three hours before going to bed. The less there is in your stomach when you come to lie down, the lower the risk of heartburn.

To minimize night-time discomfort, raise the head end of your bed by about 3 inches by using bed-blocks or by placing a solid object under the bed-legs. This helps to prevent stomach acid from leaking backwards into the esophagus. Do not use extra pillows - you simply end up with a stiff neck as well as heartburn!

Heartburn symptoms can be caused by certain over-the-counter drugs, such as aspirin, or other pain-killers or anti-inflammatories. So if you take this type of medication regularly, check with your doctor or pharmacist that it’s safe to continue.

What’s Involved in Marriage Counseling

So you have come to the decision that in order to save your marriage or at the very least improve it, you need to get some professional help in the form of counseling.

This is obviously not a step to be taken lightly and in many cases one partner desires the counseling more than the other. It is important that the partner who is least keen on undertaking a marriage counseling program is at least prepared to be open to attending the sessions, listening and ultimately to open up and share. Counseling of any description can be a confronting, uncomfortable and in some cases a hurtful experience. The counselor will often touch on or bring up things that in many ways you would rather stayed buried.

It is important that the marriage counseling that you receive is from someone you feel comfortable with and trust. As far as you are able, check the credentials of the person who will be counseling you. It is also important to be clear in your mind as to what you wish to achieve out of the counseling. Ask yourself, why do I want counseling? What do I hope to achieve? What am I willing to put into the sessions?

Some people who undergo marriage counseling, even some of those who instigate the counseling are not actually willing to change themselves. They are in blame mode, they want their partner or environment or circumstances to change and cannot see that in order for the relationship to work, they need to change also. Change can create anxiety as it will often involve moving outside one’s comfort zone. A good counselor will recognize this type of person and guide them through the process of making the necessary changes.

We live in a world where many of us demand instant gratification. Many people are unwilling to go through a process which will take time and need to be persuaded that the time and money expended and in some cases the pain experienced will be worth it in the long run. It important to realize that your problems probably didn’t happen all at once and as such it is going to take time and commitment to resolve them.

The final factor to successful marriage counseling is having the faith that whatever issues you are experiencing can be overcome if you truly want them to be. What is the point of exposing yourself if you do not believe that things can improve? This is not to say that counseling will necessarily keep the marriage together. In some cases marriage counseling can be a useful tool in helping a couple to see that there is little point in staying together. Perhaps there is just too much baggage or perhaps the realization comes that you are completely incompatible.

Whatever the situation, it is important to be involved in the counseling process, show commitment and willingness to make changes that may be necessary to an ongoing and fulfilling relationship, be patient and have faith in yourself.

Sue Taylor has first hand experience of marriage counseling and is now happily married after 20 years. To see more resources regarding marriage counseling go to http://www.marriagecounselingnews.net.

Secured loans are the cheapest loans available in the market

In the era of globalisation there is an unprecedented rise in
consumerism. The markets around us are flooded with goods. Even
the media is playing the role of a catalyst in arousing our
hidden desires and wishes. We see an advertisement of some
product on the television and we feel like buying it. But,
ironically, most of us lack the resources to fulfill all our
desires. You may day dream about buying a Ferrari but you don’t
have money. You may feel like going to Switzerland on your
holiday but you are left with a meager amount of money to fund
your vacation. You want to buy an LCD home theatre system for
your living room but your savings do not allow you to spend so
much. You don’t need to suppress your desires anymore because
you can easily get a secured loan to realize your dreams.

A secured loan can be utilised for numerous
purposes. You can renovate your house. You can buy household
goods. You can finance your higher education. You can use it for
your children’s marriage. You can take a secured loan for debt
consolidation purposes. There can be uncountable uses of a
secured loan.

Basically, a secured loan is one that is taken against
collateral i.e. usually your house. The lender is guaranteed
that in case of non payment of the loan amount he can repossess
the property kept as collateral. So the borrowers are at risk
when they take a secured loan. But the benefits of a secured loan
are many. Most importantly you have to pay minimum interest rate
against your loan if you go for a secured loan. Your monthly
installments are small and the repayment duration is long and
flexible. You can choose the repayment term according to your
suitability. Also, the lenders do not hesitate in granting you a
large amount of money as they have some collateral as security.

You can also take a secured loan against the equity tied up with
your house. Such loans are called home equity loans. But by
nature they are a kind of secured loan. So, if you are a house
owner or you have any other property to be kept as collateral
it’s high time you should go for a secured loan.

How to Focus on Your Internet Business

If you’ve been in a home based Internet business even a short
time, you’ve probably discovered that it’s not time to give up
your day job just yet. You haven’t come into those millions
you’ve heard others have so quickly amassed in cyber space.

Of course, you’d love nothing other than to be free of that 9 to
5 leg iron so you can work your business as much as you want.
Well, knowing that’s not going to happen overnight, it’s time to
learn how to live in both worlds without going bonkers in the
process.

You know you have only a limited amount of time away from your
day job to devote to your business. How are you going to get the
most from the time available? Here are some pointers I’ve jotted
down from my experience and reading on the subject.

Once you’ve decided to make a go of an online business, finding
time each day for working it can be daunting. Let’s say you have
a fulltime job. If you’re like me – and I’d guess most people
are or else there wouldn’t be an ever increasing number of us
out here – you need that fulltime income.

On top of that you no doubt have to slice up your time off to do
your share of the child rearing and household chores or upkeep.
Child rearing doesn’t take place just at home but includes
little league, Scouts, school functions, and the like. Household
chores can be routine activities like cleaning the garage, doing
the dishes, or cleaning the garbage disposal. All these are time
consuming.

How can you possibly fit anything else into your schedule? Maybe
the best thing is to make the most of your time when you wrestle
down those precious couple of hours per day on the net.

To begin, you’ll want to take a hard look at how much time
you’re spending on your own leisure activities – softball or
bowling league, hobbies, and so forth. Decide what you can limit
or scrap altogether and come up with a time per day you can
afford to work at your online business.

Now it is time to take a look at cutting out some distractions,
at least those over which you have some control. It is time to
develop a kind of tunnel vision, lessening some of the noise
around the house like television, radio, video games, etc.
Decide what you’re threshold of distraction is before you can no
longer focus on your business. Find a quiet time to work.

With all that accomplished, now develop a daily routine. I start
out each day reading my email. I sift through and get the
important stuff first and take action if any is needed. Then I
look at the junk email, take notes on any good ad writing I see,
and file 13 the rest.

Next I read my ezines. Ezines are my primary source of knowledge
about online business. Everything I can buy about business is
there someplace in the world of ezines, so I don’t just skim
them to see if my free ads got posted and trash them.

I read and file the articles by category. They become my ezine
encyclopedia. I notice the editors’ notes and look at their
disclaimers, warranty policies, and subscribe/unsubscribe links.

Next on my agenda is to study my affiliate materials. Since my
affiliate programs go together with my own endeavors, I learn
daily from going to the links in them.

Your daily routine will vary from mine according to your
individual needs. However, from your daily routine, you should
develop your weekly habits. My weekly objectives are to write an
ezine article, publish my ezine, and improve my web site.

If you find yourself drifting away from your objectives, don’t
panic, but try to work your way back on track. Be flexible about
interruptions and allow for problems. This is a complicated life
we lead. Why would your business be less so?

Give up computer time to your spouse and children. One of your
business goals should be to buy a computer just for the
business, but for now, please share.

Review your daily and weekly accomplishments. Evaluate every
task and step. Develop a to-do list and check off the items you
complete. Start to-do lists for tomorrow and next week. Adjust
your routines according to the quality of your accomplishments.
If you’re spinning you’re wheels, admit it and move on.

Last but not least, take time off. Not as a reward, but as part
of your routine. Schedule a cool-down time at the end of every
online session.

Take one or two entire days off per week. Spend time with your
family. Forget about your business until the next day. Obsession
can be a crippling force in your business. Don’t let it overtake
yours.

Please heed the advice you’ve just read. Your family, whom you
must live with, and your boss, whom you can’t say goodbye to
just yet, will thank you for it.
